Covid-19 Update
To our valued Doctors, Clients and Customers,
As the pandemic and guidelines continue to evolve, we would like to share an update to ensure we are taking every precaution necessary.
Peebles Prosthetics action plan is based on direction by the CDC.
- No contact deliveries- deliveries will be left outside the door and lock boxes will be utilized where available. Where it is not appropriate to leave outside drivers will place the delivery just inside the door.
- No contact pickups- Please do not call for a pickup until it is ready. Cases can be left outside the door, in lock boxes or just inside the door as applicable.
- All appliances, whether fixed or removable, are being disinfected with Birex entering and prior to leaving the lab. Our plastic packaging always has been and will remain to be unused and clean prior to the disinfected appliance being placed inside. We need your assistance in requiring your staff rinse the appliance thoroughly prior to insertion in your patient’s mouth.
Peebles Prosthetics is open with full staffing. We continue to fully stock our lab with cleaning products that are qualified for use against Coronavirus. These are being used frequently and regularly in every corner of our lab. Every surface, phone, keyboard, door handle, box, lab bench, tool, piece of equipment and floor is being repeatedly cleaned with these disinfectants. All staff continues to wear masks, safety glasses, and other PPE as needed.
As this continues to evolve, we are asking for your patience as we adjust our protocols accordingly to comply with CDC regulations and government mandates. This will be our continued mission. We will continue to keep you updated as necessary as this situation progresses.
